Cleveland

Life in Cleveland is a lot different than in Lawrenceville. Things move at a slower pace. People will go out of their way to help, and they know you by name and treat you like family.
The Lord has blessed us exceedingly with good neighbors. One neighbor took initiative, came over, and bush-hogged the rest of our grass for us. He and his family have come to our house several times to give us fresh eggs and home-made bread(mmmm!). Our other neighbors have also been very warm and friendly. They let us have horse manure for our garden, and their daughter even helped me load it in the truck(a very messy job I might add). They offered to let us use their tractor until we get our own.
Living here is a whole different ballgame. You don't 'run' to the store, you mosey down thar. Simple...very simple. These days that's a special way of life.

Sounds great, Jake. And you're perfectly right on the moseying down to the store! We used to live about 10 minutes from Wal-Mart. Now it's at least 30 the way we go. But, yes, it's very special.
