Well, we finally arrived back home around midnight last night. We stayed in our pastor's parents' house in downtown Centerville. They bought a beautifully restored old house with a large, columned front porch, large rooms, high ceilings, two lovely fireplaces and wood floors. It was so nice of them to allow us to use it as our home base as we looked at property.
We made an offer on a 67 acre farm, but the owner opted to accept an offer from another buyer. So we're back to square one on our property search which is a bit disappointing. But, we're resting in God's sovereignty and continuing to pray for His grace and wisdom.
